Presentations on SIIU 2020 International Research Seminar on Urbanism Lisbon / São Paulo

The Grand Projects team took part in the SIIU 2020, International Research Seminar on Urbanism Lisbon / São Paulo, presenting two articles. One, “Transformações e lugares em espera. As frentes de águas da Área Metropolitana de Lisboa” [Transformations and expectant places. Lisbon Metropolitan Area waterfronts], debate the changes that occurred in waterfronts areas of the Tagus estuary after the Expo’98 event. Another, “Urban transformations in the aftermath of Lisbon’s EXPO’98. The Polis Programme”, explores the preliminary results of the Polis Programme analysis, conducted on task 2.

Authored by Paulo Tormenta Pinto, Ana Brandão, Inês Cayolla and João Maria Costa, the works were presented online by Ana Brandão.
